Early on in his career he had the opportunity to play with some of the most prominent figures in the Hungarian jazz scene, including Aladár Pege, Károlly Binder, Gyula Csepregi, Miklós Birta and Stúdió 11.
For fifteen years he was a member of one of Hungary’s leading bands (Djabe). In 2015 he was the director and composer of the music documentary DrumEmotion, which he made with drummer Gulli Briem of the band Mezzoforte. The DVD features testimonials from artists such as Steve Hackett (Genesis) Peter Erskine and Alex Acuna. The film was screened at the Frankfurt Musik Messe and at the NAMM Show in Hollywood. In 2016 he founded his own band with a vocal professor at Berklee University (Vinx) who has partnered with artists as diverse as Sting, Cher and Sheryl Crow in the US.
He is currently a member of the Urbán Orsi Group, Ferenc Kovács Kovács Zoltán Quintet and Cantus Dei.
